Mazda American Credit - Supervisor lies and refussed to give the name and contact info for his supervisor.
Moved and need a tag for vehicle. Called Mazda, they said they never received the fax.
Didn't seem to care that I had a conformation that they did receive it. Asked to speak to supervisor, spoke to Alvin. He asked me to refax. I did.
They still never sent title to FL. Called and Alvin called me back. Would not take any responsibility for work not being done correctly. Just told me to fax again.
Asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused to tell me who his supervisor was or connect me with them. Been told that I have to fax for a third time.
I want to find out how to get in touch with the owner or owners of this company.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: For the owner to call me so that he/she can know exactly how their customers or being treated. I will not be able to drive my suv after this Friday due to not being able to registered because Mazda want send FL the title..
